Landon Dix Projects ltd. relates design to the user experience. From the roots of a product design
practice, Landon Dix Projects ltd. has since evolved into a comprehensive construction & design-focused firm for renovations, new construction, both residential and commercial. A deep understanding of materiality, construction requirements,
restraints, and the functionality in designing a space that serves a purpose for it's user. Attention to detail and quality of design defines what Landon Dix Projects ltd. is all about.
Covering The Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas, we can produce beautiful, custom design packages, and manage implementation, and the overall construction process to see your project from concept to completion.
Although Landon Dix Projects ltd. is not a registered builder, we have build concrete relationships with trusted professionals within every trade to carry-out your project specific to your build’s needs. We are here to ensure you have all of your questions answered, and feel comfortable about the process step-by-step (after we provide you an incredible design).
It is your space, and my main goal is to offer the bridge to new ideas and to facilitate an end result that is
beyond what you could imagine. I have worked and lived on the coast of BC my entire life; a great
appreciation of the outdoors and the natural surrounding that we are blessed with drives my design process.
I believe working locally means building relationships locally. It means responsibility in sourcing materials
and products that support our local economy, our environment, and above all else, creates a design that is
timeless - aligning both with the vision of my clients, and the overall reflection of what it means to live and
thrive here. Introducing cutting edge and international innovations and trends, I ensure that each project is
unique, and tailored to the user. My projects follow the idea that " A Uniquely Canadian Aesthetic is
Influenced by a Diverse Natural Surrounding." This means that local design cannot be defined solely by a
"west coast" label, but by a modern collaboration of everything that lives here. Diverse culture and style, but
in all aspects, a relationship to a design that deeply roots in responsibility and livability is what I try to
achieve in every project.

Millwork and Cabinetry
Landon Dix Projects ltd. creates custom millwork and cabinetry design including custom storage, shelving, furniture, and specializes in custom kitchens and bathrooms.
We work with trusted millwork shops to fulfill the custom design working with your requirements and budget. Landon Dix Projects ltd. will oversee everything from the first meeting and measure, to the final installation of the goods.
Landon Dix Projects’ woodworking shop offers handmade custom objects and goods; often providing the finishing touches for a project, and bridging the gap between what needs to be sent to one of our trusted local millwork shops.
Project Coordination
Be it New-Built or Renovation, Landon Dix Projects ltd. offers project coordination on The Sunshine Coast, including design and permit drawings, overseeing construction, contracting all sub-trades, scheduling, and budgeting, and everything in between to facilitate your project from concept to completion.
